He is an inspiration to all as he spearheads IML; strategizing and directing it through each phase of its growth. Dr. Mugyenyi brings with him strong leadership skills, vigor and a passion for excellence. He believes in nurturing a culture that is result oriented, customer focused and based on team work. He has held various key positions such as Project Manager for MCH/FP Project at Ministry of Health, Deputy Registrar Uganda Medical and Dental Practitioners’ Council, Deputy and then National Program Manager Uganda National Expanded Program for Immunization (UNEPI) and also currently works as the Manager, Centre for Tobacco control in Africa

A director and also the Human Resource manager at IML is the link between management and employees. Sharing professional knowledge and skills aimed at improving quality of life and development of people is her greatest objective. Virginia possesses excellent interpersonal skills. She has a diverse and wide-ranging experience in people management as she has worked as a director of Triple P since 1998, a leader of Tripple P community health initiative as well as an advisor to the Mother Friendly Hospital Initiative. In partnership with WHO, she managed to design and implement a pilot project on immunization which was focusing on Child Health Cards retention through schools

Being a problem solver and Counselor amidst challenges, Israel exceptionally employs his analytical and critical thinking skills, strategic leadership and team building abilities to achieve appropriate results. He has an MA in Public Administration and Management, a Bachelor’s degree in Guidance and Counseling Psychology and a Level4 Certificate in Professional Marketing (CIM). Israel loves managing people performance, nurturing productivity and individual talents. Before joining IML, Israel moved from Mountains of the Moon University (Postgraduate programs) as a Senior Administrative Assistant to head the Marketing department of IML.
